How long does a villa take?
Eight to fourteen weeks from approved concept, depending on joinery and lead times.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The contract price changes only if you change the scope, and any change is quoted first.
Can you work with my existing furniture?
Often the best results come from keeping two or three pieces and designing around them.
Do you handle approvals?
Yes. Community and municipality approvals for structural or MEP changes are included.
